Our current service rate is $75/hour. There is a 1 hour minimum service fee. After the first hour you are billed in 15 minute increments.

• Hardware Installation, Troubleshooting and Configuration:
  Computers, Printers, All-in-One Machines, Scanners, Digital Cameras, Webcams, MP3 Players, Sound Cards, Memory, Video Cards, Hard Disk Drives, CD/DVD Drives, etc.
• Computer Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting
• Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal
• Computer Tune-Up and Cleaning:
  Disable unnecessary applications and services from automatically running on system startup to improve system stability and performance
• Wired and Wireless Networking
• Internet Connection Setup and Troubleshooting
  (Cable, DSL, Dial-Up, Wireless)
• Data Transfer:
  Transfer data from old PC to new PC, or transfer data from old hard drive to new hard drive (hard disk replacement/upgrade scenario)

*It is illegal for us to install unlicensed or pirated software. Unlicensed or illegal copies of software will not be installed under any circumstances. You, the client, are responsible for obtaining software licenses from the software vendor or manufacturer and making sure that you are in compliance with the Agreement Terms under which the software was distributed.
